During your
Meeting and Events Operations Internship
(starting in January or February 2027) you'll be the go-to person, mediator and problem solver for all meeting & events hosted at Zoku Amsterdam.

You’ll be responsible for coordinating and operating all M&E activities to ensure unforgettable events, while gaining hands‑on experience in the day‑to‑day operations. You’ll manage food and beverage orders together with the Kitchen team and the Sidekick team. Ultimately, you love to host a good party!

Picture yourself as the ultimate juggler. Supporting the Meeting & Events Lead, you’ll be the muscle behind our epic corporate gatherings. By welcoming the event hosts, you’ll ensure every detail is spot‑on for a flawless experience.

You’ll show off your inner barista, beer tapping skills and make sure that our meeting & events guests needs are met during their time with us. After events, you’ll analyze feedback to improve our offers and processes.

With your charm and wit, you’ll be the life of the party! Engaging with our Meeting & Events guests, answering their burning questions – you’ll be the face of our unique hospitality concept, leaving a lasting impression wherever you go.

• Love putting a personal touch on their service and go the extra mile to lend a helping hand.
• Are genuinely friendly, pro‑active and have good communication skills.
• Are eager to get the best out of themselves and their peers.
• Don’t mind getting their hands dirty every now and then.
• Have operational experience and / or previously worked in event management and banqueting.

• You are a student at a hospitalityuniversityand need to do a mandatory operational/administrative internship (min. 6 months) as part of your curriculum.
• You are fluent in English, other languages are a plus.
• You are an EU resident or have a valid working and living permit the Netherlands.
• You are available to start in August 2026 and flexible as there are no fixed working days / hours.
• You have practical experience in hospitality.
