As an Assistant F&B Manager (f/m/d) you will support and deputize for the F&B Manager in his areas of activity. You will coordinate and monitor the work processes in the F&B area and thus ensure quality assurance in accordance with the hotel standards.

Together with the Food and Beverage Manager, youare responsible forthe Food and Beverage department.

This includes coordinating and planning the activities, coaching and motivatingthe team, monitoring quality and hygiene standards and of course optimizing the financial results.

Together with the team, you make sure the guests are well taken care of. As Assistant Food & Beverage Manager youare responsible for leading and organizing various events. Finally, youmaintaina close relationship with the guests and, if necessary, you are the point of contact for compliments and complaints.

You have experience in leading a team in a restaurant or hotel and youcannotwait to managethe departmenttogether with the Food and Beverage Manager;
In addition, you know how to get the best out of your team by coaching, inspiring and supporting them;
You like to share your knowledge in the field of gastronomy and service and you have a good command of the English language;
Dutch is an advantage.
