• Develop and grow a portfolio of leisure, corporate, and MICE accounts
• Identify new business opportunities that contribute to the hotel’s commercial success
• Represent De L’Europe Amsterdam in local and international markets
• Build relationships with travel advisors, luxury consortia partners, corporate clients, event planners, and industry stakeholders
• Work closely with Revenue, Reservations, Marketing, Guest Services, Events, and F&B teams
• Drive revenue growth, strengthen the hotel’s market position, and create long-term business value
• Travel internationally and represent the hotel globally

• 3–5 Years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in a luxury or five-star hospitality environment
• Proven success in account management, business development, and revenue generation
• Experience in luxury leisure, corporate, or MICE segments
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building capabilities
• A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for luxury hospitality
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Fluent in English
• Nice to have:
  Dutch and additional languages
