As a Housekeeping Supervisor
, your main goal is to ensure guest satisfaction by overseeing and managing the daily operations within the housekeeping department. You lead by example motivating and encouraging your team while maintaining open, honest, and respectful communication. You foster a positive team spirit and create an environment where everyone feels valued and supported.

You ensure the correct and safe use of cleaning materials, equipment, and supplies to guarantee efficient and cost-effective operations
, contributing directly to the hotel’s overall performance.

Your primary responsibilities include supervising and coordinating the cleaning of guest rooms and public areas
, managing daily housekeeping tasks, and ensuring all areas meet Marriott’s high cleanliness and quality standards
. You will also oversee the supply and inventory of materials, handle administrative tasks such as usage reports, maintenance requests, and time tracking, and drive continuous improvement within your department.
