As a Front Office Intern
, you will be the face of the hotel and play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences. You will gain hands‑on experience in all aspects of Front Office operations while developing your professional and hospitality skills in a dynamic international environment.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and guests, contributing to a positive team environment and consistent service delivery
- Support the guest journey, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest requests across phone, written, and face-to-face communication
- Assist with reservations, payments, and Front Office administrative tasks
- Deliver excellent guest service and respond professionally to guest enquiries
- Maintain a professional and welcoming Front Office environment in line with brand standards
- Collaborate with departments such as Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance to ensure smooth daily operations
- Learn and apply hotel procedures, standards, and systems to support operational excellence
- Currently enrolled in a hospitality or related study program
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and develop
- Guest-focused mindset with a positive and professional approach
- Enjoys working in a team and adapting to a fast-paced environment
- Available for an internship of at least 5-6 months
- Eligible to complete an internship in the Netherlands
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage
- Interest in Front Office and guest relations
- Familiarity with hotel systems (PMS) is a plus
- Dutch or any additional language skills are an advantage
- Eagerness to develop operational knowledge within a hotel environment

The internship allowance is €550 gross per month (full-time), which is above the Horeca CAO BOL guidelines.
