, you’re not just overseeing the preparation of high-quality dishes – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here’s what you'll do during a typical day:

Prepare great tasting dishes
:
Ensure breakfast, buffet items, and other dishes are prepared and presented to a high quality and according to company guidelines
Supervise the kitchen team
:
Oversee line cooks to ensure and provide support as needed in the absence of senior chefs to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Maintain kitchen cleanliness
:
Keep all work areas clean, tidy, and free of cross-contamination
Ensure food quality and storage compliance
:
Monitor ingredient quality, ensuring proper storage and stock rotation
Assist with cost management
:
Contribute to controlling food costs, improving gross profit margins, and meeting departmental financial targets
Inspire and develop the team
:
Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment
Uphold regulatory standards
:
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing

What It Takes to Make the Stay We are looking for a creative Breakfast Chef with a completed vocational training. Someone who has:

Completed vocational training (level
3) is a plus
At least 3 years of work experience in a similar position
Excellent product knowledge and a well-developed taste palet
Perfect hygiene standards and an eye for detail
Passion for the profession
Flexible to work between Monday and Sunday
You are a morning person and can start at 04:15 in the morning
Stress-resistant and eager to learn
Motivated to grow within the organization
Good command of the Dutch and/or English language
In possession of a valid work and residence permit for the Netherlands
