What you’ll doAs a Bar Waiter/Waitress at Freddy’s Bar, you are the first face guests see and the reason they choose to stay. You don’t just welcome guests with a smile, but with a story. Whether it’s about Freddy Heineken, the history of the bar, or an anecdote about Amsterdam, you know how to make every encounter special.
Who you are- A natural flair and infectious energy
- A passion for Amsterdam – the city, its people, its stories
- A confident conversationalist, in both Dutch and English (other languages are a plus)
- Hospitality experience is a bonus, but your personality matters more
- You enjoy being around people and know how to make someone feel genuinely welcome
- You can effortlessly switch between an intimate story and a lively, busy atmosphere
- An affinity with music, cocktails, or classic hospitality is a plus
- Working at an iconic location with international allure
- A close-knit and professional team where quality and atmosphere go hand in hand

- Training in storytelling, hospitality and product knowledge
- A competitive salary within job grade 4, according to the salary scales of the collective labour agreement (CAO), depending on your experience and qualifications
