As a Food & Beverage Management Intern
, you will gain valuable leadership and operational experience within a luxury hotel environment. Working closely with the Food & Beverage Management team, you will learn how to oversee multiple outlets while ensuring exceptional service standards and memorable guest experiences.

During your internship, you will:

• Support the daily operations of our restaurant, bar, banqueting, and room service outlets.
• Assist in coordinating team activities to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Contribute to staff guidance, training, and motivation on the floor.
• Support the planning, organisation, and administration of various Food & Beverage operations.
• Assist with projects and operational initiatives led by the (Assistant) Food & Beverage Manager.
• Gain exposure to cost control, inventory management, purchasing, and budget monitoring.
• Help handle guest feedback and service recovery while maintaining our high service standards.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Develop a strong understanding of hospitality operations, leadership, and commercial decision-making.

We are looking for ambitious hospitality students who are eager to develop their management skills while gaining hand-on experience in luxury Food & Beverage operations.

• You are actively enrolled in an educational institution throughout the internship period.
• You enjoy taking initiative and can work both independently and as part of a team.
• You have a genuine passion for hospitality, food, beverage, and guest service.
• You have a guest-oriented mindset and enjoy collaborating with colleagues across departments.
• You communicate confidently and remain calm under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• You have excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written; additional language skills are a plus.
• You are flexible, attentive to detail, and eager to learn.
• You have a proactive, resourceful, and commercially minded approach.
