Tivoli Doelen Amsterdamis one of Amsterdam's oldest and most distinguished five-star hotels. Your Key Contributions to Memorable StaysAs a Front Office Intern
, you will play a central role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. As the first point of contact for many of our guests, you will learn how a luxury hotel operates while developing valuable hospitality and guest relations skills.
During your internship, you will:
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures independently after your training period.
- Handle reservations, guest requests, and administrative Front Office tasks.
- Provide tailored recommendations and local insights to international travellers.
- Develop skills in upselling, problem-solving, and service recovery.
- Work closely with colleagues across departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Contribute to an atmosphere where every guest feels genuinely cared for.
We are looking for curious, enthusiastic hospitality students who enjoy connecting with people from around the world and who are eager to develop within a luxury hotel environment.
- You are actively enrolled in an educational institution throughout the internship period.
- You have a genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
- You are positive, approachable, and enjoy working as part of a team.
- You feel confident interacting with international guests from diverse backgrounds.
- You have excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written; additionally language skills are a plus.
- You are flexible, attentive to detail, and eager to learn.
- You are committed to creating memorable experiences for every guest.
