As a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor (f/m/d) you are responsible for supervising a team of room attendants and ensuring that the quality of the hotel is maintained and enhanced according to hotel policies, industry regulations, and hygiene standards.

After a cup of coffee or tea, you are ready to start your day at the Housekeeping Department.

You prepare the room lists for the Room Attendants, so they know what needs to be done.

The first Room Attendants arrive and once the team is complete you do the briefing including all details of the day. Once everyone is good to go, you walk around the hotel to check if there are any other details that need to be taken care of, and to keep an eye on your team.

Time for a short break with the team.

Whilst checking the rooms, you also brief some Room Attendants with some last-minute changes regarding the rooms to be cleaned. One room wants an extra bed, another room stays a day longer, and a third room wants extra towels.

Enjoy your lunch with colleagues from other departments.

Still some rooms are pending to be checked and to see if they meet the quality standards we set.

You make sure everything is done and prepare the handover for the evening shift.
