As a Front Office Intern
, you will be at the heart of the guest experience, creating genuine connections and helping every guest feel welcome, valued, and cared for throughout their stay.

• A monthly internship allowance of €750 gross

From the first warm welcome to the final farewell, you will help make every stay feel personal while developing your skills in a dynamic, international environment. During your internship, you will:

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Perform check-in and check-out procedures independently after your training period.
• Handle reservations, guest requests, and administrative Front Office tasks.
• Provide tailored recommendations and local insights to international travellers.
• Develop skills in upselling, problem-solving, and service recovery.
• Work closely with colleagues across departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Contribute to an atmosphere where every guest feels genuinely cared for.

You are actively enrolled in an educational institution throughout the internship period.

You have a genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

You are positive, approachable, and enjoy working as part of a team.

You feel confident connecting with international guests from diverse backgrounds.

You have excellent spoken and written English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.

You are flexible, attentive to detail, and eager to learn and grow.
