💻 What You’ll Do (360°)

• Business Development:Win new clients via phone, email, online meetings—and on-site visits.
• Talent Matchmaking:Source, qualify, and place top talent across Europe.
• Consulting:Be the go-to advisor for clients and candidates.
• Headhunting:Leverage Linked In, job boards, and creative sourcing to find hidden gems.
• Negotiate & Close:Drive offers to signature and celebrate the win.
• End-to-End Support:Guide candidates through every step of the process.

👀 What We’re Looking For

• Mindset:Driven, curious, resilient; excited to learn fast.
• Background:Experience in sales/recruitment is great, but not essential.
• Communication:Fluent German or Dutch + English (C1–C2); or native English plus B2B Sales or Recruitment experience.
• Location:Based in or around Amsterdam.
