About the role

We’re looking for a Senior People Operations Manager to build and lead our global People Ops team. In this role you will have a unique opportunity to help design how we deliver people operations worldwide at one of Europe's fastest growing Saas companies; ensuring consistency, compliance, and a seamless employee experience across all regions.

You’ll lead a team based across Amsterdam, New York, and Kuala Lumpur, creating processes that are smart, scalable, and human. From compliance and policies to onboarding, payroll, and performance cycles, you’ll help us run People Ops in a way that feels effortless for employees and efficient for the business.

What you’ll do
  • Lead, coach and develop a global People Ops team, empowering them to do their best work.

  • Create consistency across regions by designing scalable, fair, and transparent processes.

  • Keep us compliant - making sure we meet local requirements while balancing global standards.

  • Elevate employee experience across the lifecycle, from onboarding through to offboarding.

  • Automate and optimize our processes, using technology and AI to save time and improve quality.

  • Use data and insights to guide decision‑making and continuously improve the employee journey.

  • Collaborate globally with People Partners, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to deliver a seamless experience for employees everywhere.

What you bring
  • 7+ years of experience in People Operations / HR Ops, with 2+ years in a leadership role.

  • Experience working across multiple regions (ideally Europe, US, and APAC) is a plus.

  • Solid understanding of Dutch employment law and compliance.

  • Proven ability to build and scale processes in a fast‑paced, international environment.

  • Curious about technology - you know how to use systems, automation, and AI to make People Ops smarter.

  • Analytical and data‑driven, but always people‑first in your approach.

  • Collaborative communicator who can flex across cultures, regions, and stakeholders.
