Your new job | About your main responsibilities

Now is an exciting time to join EY as we grow our People Consulting team with a focus on People & Workforce Transformation. This team is at the forefront of helping clients navigate complex organizational change with a strong focus on both strategic and people-centered transformation.

  • Building Organizational models that are aligned to strategic goals, supporting work forces that are lean, innovative, agile and customer-focused.
  • Guiding clients through people-centered organizational design and operating model transformations.
  • Improving workforce set-up by providing optimal infrastructure, capabilities and resources to the workforce, prioritizing human factors alongside technological advancements.
  • Providing experience with offshoring and relocation of work, through optimization of processes, roles, governance and organizational structures.
  • Driving people-led transformations in operating model and restructuring contexts.
  • Leading project work streams from planning through implementation, collaborating closely with clients and internal teams.
  • Preparing and facilitating client workshops focused on stakeholder engagement, transformation vision and leadership alignment.

Our Amsterdam office is located at the Zuidas: a bustling area full of companies. In our Cross Towers, we welcome up to 1,500 people every day. Your skills and strengths | About your unique contribution
  • A relevant master’s degree, e.g. in Business Administration, Strategic Management, HR, or similar.
  • Relevant working experience of 3 to 5 years within industry or consulting-related roles with strong affinity for the people agenda.
  • Strong understanding of and experience in organizational transformation, restructuring, organizational design, the HR function and Talent Management.
  • Willingness to contribute to the setup and growth of this competence area, affinity with related people consulting competences such as change management and HR transformations.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business challenges into people-centered solutions.
  • Fluent oral and written communication skills in Dutch are preferred.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Team player with the ability to quickly and effectively integrate into new teams.
  • Experienced in managing stakeholders and client relationships in a dynamic and complex environment.
  • Able to demonstrate resilience in stressful situations and perform well under pressure.
