In deze rol ben je de centrale schakel binnen het People Team en verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van HR-beleid. Je biedt ondersteuning bij HR-processen, coördineert verzuim en draagt bij aan de employee experience. Met minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een zakelijke omgeving ben je analytisch en communicatief sterk.
