Een modern biotech bedrijf in Amsterdam zoekt een HR-assistent. In deze rol ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en coördineer je belangrijke HR-processen zoals onboarding, salarisadministratie en recruitment. Je werkt nauw samen met een senior collega en de HR-manager en hebt zowel administratieve als communicatieve taken. Ervaring in HR is een vereiste en kennis van IT-systemen is een plus.
