We have limited spots available and will make a CV-based selection

You hold (or recently completed) a BSc or MSc in Psychology, Business, HR
, or a related field

You have 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition + you’re curious about working in a scale-up environment

You bring a business mindset and want to be more than a CV-screener

You’re fluent in English (
Dutch, German or French is a plus!)
