Een internationale organisatie in Amsterdam zoekt een senior HR business partner om als strategische sparringpartner op te treden. Je ondersteunt meerdere afdelingen en draagt bij aan het optimaliseren van HR-processen en beleid. Met minimaal 7 jaar ervaring in een internationale omgeving ben je in staat om zowel strategische als operationele HR-vraagstukken aan te pakken. Dit is een uitdagende rol met een salaris tussen de €6.000 en €8.000 per maand, goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, en mogelijkheden voor hybride werken.
