ServiceNow HRSD Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions within the Service Now Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD) suite.
• Configure and enhance HR Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, and Employee Document Management modules.
• Develop and maintain HR process automation including onboarding, offboarding, employee transitions, and document workflows.
• Build and customize Service Now components such as Service Portal, Flow Designer, Workflow, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
• Integrate HRSD solutions with internal and external enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand HR business requirements and translate them into scalable Service Now solutions.
• Perform testing, deployment, and support activities ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Contribute to platform best practices, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• 8–10 years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on expertise in Service Now development.
• Proven experience implementing and supporting Service Now HRSD modules.
• Strong knowledge of HR Case Management, Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, and Document Management.
• Experience in HR system integrations and automation of HR business processes.
• Solid understanding of Service Now platform capabilities and development best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments.

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and functional configurations.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Service Now solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Manage multiple tasks and deliver solutions within timelines.
• Conduct requirement analysis and provide technical recommendations.
