This is what you’re going to doAs a Payroll Coordinator you will ensure a smooth payroll process each month for approximately 15 legal entities. You will be the point of contact for the P&C department, the Finance department and other departments regarding payroll questions. Additionally, you will analyze data from our payroll management system and liaise with our external payroll provider. In this role you will be part of the People & Culture team but you will be the only one focussing on Payroll.
- You will ensure that our external payroll provider receives all necessary changes to execute the payroll for our headquarters, hotels and restaurants.
- Maintain a good relationship with the external payroll provider and together you will ensure a flawless payroll process.
- You will be responsible for checking both the input and output of the payroll administration.
- Reconcile payroll balance sheets with our finance administration.
- You identify areas for improvement and optimize payroll processes where needed.
- Collaborate with our internal Finance department and provide them with the necessary reports.
- You handle the complete administration related to pensions and corporate fitness.
It's in your nature to help others, and you enjoy supporting the team with your broad knowledge of all aspects of payroll administration. You have experience with payroll and always focus on solutions. You are detail-oriented, proactive, analytical, and willing to keep the team informed of payroll updates. You’re a big Excel fan and you can switch quickly between the different legal entities (BVs) while maintaining oversight.
Since you deal with confidential information, we expect you to be reliable and discreet.
- Fluent in English and preferably Dutch.
- Experience in, or an affinity with, payroll administration.
- You have knowledge of payroll taxes, social security, and current laws and regulations (or can easily find this information).
- You are accurate and both solution- and results-oriented.
- Experience with You Serve is an advantage.
- PDL or VPS diploma is an advantage but not required.
- Primary working conditions according to the Horeca CLA.
