About the role

Our Enterprise B2B organization is a fast-growing part of Jet Brains. In less than two years, it has grown to more than 100 colleagues across multiple countries—and we continue to expand.

We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter to support this growth. In this role, you’ll own full‑cycle hiring for enterprise sales and support roles across our international locations. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, contribute to hiring strategy, and help ensure a thoughtful and positive experience for every candidate.

This role combines hands‑on recruiting with the opportunity to help shape processes and practices in a growing organization.

What you’ll do:
  • Own full‑cycle recruitment for enterprise sales and support roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategies, and timelines
  • Proactively source and engage candidates across multiple markets
  • Ensure a consistent, positive, and inclusive candidate experience
  • Help improve recruiting processes, tools, and ways of working
  • Contribute market insights to support hiring decisions and workforce planning
We’d like you to have
  • 5+ years of experience recruiting for business or go‑to‑market roles (such as Sales, Business Development, Customer Engineering, or Customer Success)
  • Experience hiring across international markets, ideally within Europe
  • Familiarity with European talent markets (for example, the Netherlands, Germany, Poland, or similar)
  • Strong sourcing skills and the ability to engage candidates proactively
  • The ability to work effectively with different stakeholders and adapt to changing priorities
  • Professional proficiency in English
