Our People & Culture Specialist in Talent/Workforce Planning will boost these critical areas through consultation, advice, and direct support to the HR teams across the Greenpeace network. Join us in building a healthy, equitable and empowering work environment across Greenpeace.
In this key support role, you will serve as a subject matter expert on the areas of recruitment, candidate attraction, staffing approaches, and talent, skills, and workforce assessment and planning within the Greenpeace network. The P&C Specialist provides technical knowledge and expertise to inform, engage, and align P&C practitioners and key stakeholders from across the 26 National and Regional Organisations (NROs) of the Greenpeace network.
Through thought leadership, product and project management, and collaborative relationships, you will join a team of global P&C Specialists supporting the Global Services & Partnerships unit of the P&C department in reaching its goals to deliver high quality services to our network of P&C colleagues around the world. You’ll be part of multi-functional and international teams, delivering just-in-time P&C expertise to the recruitment and talent challenges of our complex global network, while always centering justice, equity, diversity, inclusion, and safety (JEDIS) in everything we do.
The Global Services and Partnerships (GSP) team provides cross-cutting services to Greenpeace’s global network. It acts as a partner to the HR Directors and teams in the NROs, providing advice, resources, and coordination. In doing so, GSP ensures the continuous strengthening and alignment of the network, particularly in the areas of People and Culture. We deliver work in three functions:
Network Relationships, P&C Specialists and Justice, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Safety.
