Een internationale organisatie in Amsterdam zoekt een Interim Verzuim Casemanager voor 6 maanden, 3 dagen per week onsite. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de regie over complexe verzuimdossiers en adviseert management en HR. Vereist zijn ervaring als casemanager, kennis van de Wet verbetering poortwachter en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden. Deze rol biedt de kans om impact te maken binnen een dynamische organisatie in transitie.
