Whatwill you do?
As a versatile People & Culture Intern, no day looks the same… but here’s a glimpse of what you can expect:
Make others feel at home: you will be the first point of contact for new Zoku teammates, helping them onboard and adapt to life at Zoku.
Be an interview guru: you will help interview future Zoku teammates, be trained and mentored by the People & Culture team, and represent Zoku at job fairs.
Plan legendary team outings: you will help organize team events and celebration moments for our Zokus in Amsterdam.

You will be an HR all-rounder. From recruiting, learning & development, administration – you will cover all relevant topics.

Internship allowance of €750 per month (based on full-time).
10 holiday days (per 6 months).

You are a student looking to gain valuable experience as an intern as part of your degree (MBO+, HBO, bachelor’s, master’s, or placement year) ideally in Human Resources or Hospitality.
You are fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
You are an EU resident or have a valid working and living permit for the Netherlands.
You need to do a mandatory internship as part of your curriculum, minimum 6 months.
You are available full-time (minimum 40 hours per week).
You are available to start in August 2026.
