• Support onboarding & offboarding (checklists, documentation, preboarding communication)
• Help keep HR administration accurate and tidy (employee files, contract docs, leave tracking)
• Assist in payroll preparation by compiling and checking monthly changes with external partners
• Support People projects like training initiatives, performance cycles, and policy/process updates
• Help organise internal events and initiatives that strengthen culture and belonging
• Be a friendly first point of contact for basic HR questions and learn to handle more complex topics with guidance
• Improve templates, trackers, and HR processes so they stay clear, scalable, and future-proof
