Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter ( 1 year contract - 40h a week )
At LYNX, we're looking for an experienced Recruiter to strengthen our People & Culture team. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle and help us attract, assess, and hire the right talent for our international organisation.
As a Recruiter, you will work closely with hiring managers across different departments and act as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process. You will combine hands‑on recruitment with stakeholder management, sourcing, employer branding, and continuous process improvement.
What you'll doAs our Recruiter, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hiring outcomes while ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
Your responsibilities include:
- Advise hiring managers on recruitment strategy, candidate profiles, and hiring decisions.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates based on role requirements and cultural fit.
- Create and optimise job descriptions and employer branding content.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners.
- Source and identify candidates through Linked In, job boards, networks, and other channels.
- Support employer branding initiatives, including events, campaigns, and referrals.
- Monitor recruitment processes and continuously improve the candidate experience.
- Contribute to recruitment strategy, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
You are a proactive and people‑oriented recruiter who enjoys building relationships, understanding business needs, and finding the right talent in a competitive market.
- You have 2–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- You have strong experience with full-cycle recruitment.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are confident in managing stakeholders and advising hiring managers.
- You are able to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- You are organised, results‑driven, and able to work independently.
- You have a strong eye for talent, motivation, and cultural fit.
- You are fluent in English.
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or another regulated environment.
- Experience working in an international recruitment environment.
- Knowledge of employer branding initiatives.
- Additional language skills such as Dutch, Polish, French, German, or Czech.
