SAP Success Factors Time Off Analyst ()

As an SAP Success Factors Time Off Analyst, You Will:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to leave, absence, and vacation management processes.
  • Configure and support SAP Success Factors Employee Central Time Off solutions based on business and statutory requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to design and implement leave policies, accrual rules, and absence management processes.
  • Configure and maintain Time Types, Time Accounts, Accrual Rules, Period-End Processing Rules, Absence Counting Rules, Holiday Calendars, Work Schedules, Time Off Workflows, Business Rules, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
  • Support employee lifecycle processes impacting leave balances, absences, and workforce management activities.
  • Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and defect resolution for Time Off-related issues.
  • Support integrations between Employee Central Time Off, Payroll systems, Time Tracking systems, and third-party HR applications.
  • Participate in unit testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and regression testing activities.
  • Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities for leave balances and historical absence data.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and country-specific labor regulations related to leave and absence management.
  • Monitor quarterly SAP Success Factors releases and assess impacts on Time Off functionality and configurations.
  • Prepare functional specifications, configuration documentation, and end-user support materials.
  • Provide production support and resolve incidents within defined SLA timelines.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 6–8 years of experience in SAP Success Factors Employee Central and Time Off implementations or support projects.
  • Strong expertise in SAP Success Factors Employee Central Time Off configuration and administration.
  • Hands-on experience configuring Time Types, Time Accounts, Accrual Rules, Work Schedules, Holiday Calendars, and Role-Based Permissions.
  • Strong understanding of leave management, absence management, and HR business processes.
  • Experience integrating Success Factors Time Off with Payroll systems, Time Tracking solutions, and external HR applications.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities within enterprise HR systems.
  • Experience supporting testing, data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
  • Familiarity with country-specific labor laws and compliance requirements related to leave and absence processes.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within cross-functional HR and technical teams.
  • Experience providing production support and managing incident resolution activities within SLA commitments.
You Should Possess the Ability To:
  • Design and support scalable Time Off and absence management solutions within enterprise HR environments.
  • Translate business requirements into effective SAP Success Factors configurations and workflows.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex Time Off and integration-related issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate effectively with HR, Payroll, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance, data accuracy, and operational efficiency across HR processes.
  • Manage multiple priorities while supporting ongoing implementation and production support activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to HR operations and system optimization.
  • Adapt effectively to evolving business requirements and SAP Success Factors platform enhancements.
