SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant

As a SAP Success Factors Employee Central Payroll Consultant, you will:

• Lead end-to-end configuration and support of SAP Employee Central Payroll, specifically for Netherlands (NL) payroll.
• Investigate and resolve payroll issues, including tax, arrears, and replication-related errors.
• Perform schema and PCR (Personnel Calculation Rules) changes as per business requirements.
• Manage and enhance wage type configurations and payroll processes.
• Analyze and troubleshoot point-to-point replication issues between systems.
• Support inbound and outbound payroll interfaces.
• Conduct HRSP (HR Support Package) impact analysis, testing, and year-end payroll activities.
• Work on Payroll Control Center operations and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on integrations and payroll-related enhancements.
• Support data migration and transformations using LSMW where required.

• 10+ years of overall experience in SAP HCM / Success Factors, with strong expertise in Employee Central Payroll.
• Proven hands-on experience in Netherlands (NL) Payroll end-to-end configuration.
• Strong knowledge of SAP HCM modules:
  Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and Time Management (TM).
• Expertise in payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and tax configurations.
• Experience with payroll integrations, including point-to-point replication and interfaces.
• Exposure to SAP Success Factors Employee Central and EC Payroll integration.
• Experience in Payroll Control Center and HRSP activities.

• Diagnose and resolve complex payroll and tax-related issues efficiently.
• Interpret business requirements and translate them into payroll configurations.
• Perform detailed impact analysis and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Handle payroll discrepancies such as arrears and retro calculations.
• Work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in payroll processing and system configurations.
