Mission
The Pay Transparency & Compensation Specialist supports the development and administration of fair, equitable, and compliant compensation practices across EMEA operations. The role focuses on data analysis, reporting, and supporting compliance with EU Pay Transparency Directive requirements and local regulations. The role will report into Senior Manager, Total Rewards and work closely with Global Compensation team, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and external partners to ensure pay decisions are data-driven, consistent, and transparent.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract position.
- Implementation of EU Pay Transparency Directive requirements
- Maintain documentation of compensation policies and processes for audit readiness
- Track and monitor regulatory changes across EU countries
- Prepare reports for internal stakeholders and external disclosures
- Support data validation and cleansing to ensure high-quality analytics
- Help prepare communication materials related to pay transparency and compensation practices
- Contribute to toolkits and training materials to drive manager enablement
- Assist in reviewing job adverts to ensure accurate salary ranges and compliance with local country laws
- Maintain salary structures & job architecture; market analysis for annual pay ranges review
- Conduct basic analyses such as compa‑ratio calculations, range penetration, and market positioning
- Provide operational support to HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition on day‑to‑day compensation queries
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Relevant number of years of regional experience in HR, compensation, benefits, finance, or analytics.
- Strong interest in compensation, pay equity, and HR analytics.
- Basic understanding of EU labour regulations; exposure to pay transparency topics is a plus.
- Strong Data Accuracy & Attention to Detail.
- Basic Technical Proficiency, familiarity with Workday and Excel.
- Effective Communication Skills.

- Problem‑Solving Mindset.
- Works councils experience is a plus.
