Koninklijk Theater Carré in Amsterdam zoekt een ervaren Personeelsplanner om de bezetting van theatermedewerkers te regelen voor verschillende evenementen. Jij brengt structuur en energie in deze rol en hebt een directe impact op hoe soepel de theateravonden verlopen.
Met minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in plannen en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, ga jij de uitdaging aan om de teamleden passend in te roosteren.
Daarnaast ondersteun je ook de werving en onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers. Een salaris van €2.518,- tot €3.598,- is afhankelijk van ervaring.
