Netflix is seeking a Benefits Coordinator to join their Amsterdam team on an eight-month contract with potential extension. You will design and deliver benefits infrastructure and processes across the EMEA region, ensuring an exceptional employee experience throughout the lifecycle.
Responsibilities include administering benefits programs, enrolments, records management, reporting, and vendor coordination. Strong English skills and 2–4 years of HR/Benefits experience are required.
