About the role

We're looking for an Consultant (Assessment Psycholoog) to become our in‑house assessment expert for the Dutch market.

Reporting to the Head of Professional Services you'll combine your psychological expertise with a commercial mindset. You'll be the go‑to person for everything related to assessment services — supporting clients, collaborating closely with Sales and Customer Success, and becoming the trusted expert colleagues turn to for guidance.

While you'll be part of an international company, your focus will be the Dutch market. Since close collaboration across functions is key, we see you working from our Amsterdam office at least three days per week.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Delivering high-quality Assessment Center services for clients
  • Advising organizations on the best use of Assessment Centers throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Managing a portfolio client accounts and building long-term relationships
  • Building trusted client relationships while identifying opportunities for additional value and collaborating with Sales on commercial opportunities.
  • Writing tenders and contributing assessment expertise in proposal processes
  • Acting as the internal subject matter expert on assessment services, supporting colleagues across different functions
Who are you?

You're passionate about helping organizations make better people decisions and enjoy combining psychological expertise with commercial thinking. Above all, you're motivated by achieving results and continuously improving the way assessment services create business impact.

We believe you have:
  • Master's degree in Psychology, preferably with a specialization in Work and Organizational Psychology (A&O Psycholoog)
  • Strong knowledge of psychometrics and assessment methodologies
  • Experience working with and delivering executive assessment, leadership assessment
  • Professional fluency in Dutch and English, with Dutch being your primary working language
It is considered an advantage if you also have:
  • NIP-registered Psychologist (or eligible for registration)
  • Experience writing tenders or contributing to proposal processes
  • Experience collaborating closely with commercial teams in customer‑facing environments
About the Recruitment Process

We practice what we preach and use our own assessment tools throughout the recruitment process. As part of the process, you will complete assessments measuring personality, values, and cognitive ability, followed by interviews with the hiring manager and team members. Depending on the role, a case exercise may also be included.
