Employee Relations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to lead and manage complex employee relations matters while building structured, scalable solutions.

Our Employee Relations team operates across three pillars:
Prevention, Case Management, and Data & Insights.

• Prevention – Partner with HRBPs, Legal, and Inclusion to design and embed fair, efficient, scalable ER guidelines and workflows. Identify root causes and systemic trends to address issues upstream.
• Case Management – Lead and manage complex employee matters across performance, sickness, disciplinary, and investigations, ensuring timely, well‑documented, and legally sound outcomes.
• Data & Insights – Track and analyze employee relations trends to identify patterns, surface risks, and measure the impact of ER interventions. Use data‑informed insights to drive continuous improvement.

• Strong knowledge of employment law and ability to apply it to practical, business‑focused solutions.
• 5 or more years of experience in employee relations or HR, with a focus on performance management, investigations, and risk mitigation.
• Experience in the Netherlands, United Kingdom, or Poland; exposure to other EMEA markets is a bonus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proven experience developing and implementing scalable employee relations processes.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical skills and sound judgment in complex situations.
• Proven ability to build trust across all levels and drive high‑performance outcomes.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership to align on ER strategy and outcomes.
