The Global People Analytics Specialist partners with senior leaders and HR teams to turn workforce data into actionable business insights. As part of the Global Employee Listening & Analytics team, you will support our global regions and help drive data‑informed decision‑making across topics such as talent, workforce planning, and employee engagement. You will primarily leverage Visier as our People Analytics suite to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating complex data into clear recommendations.
A key focus of the role is developing scalable reporting solutions and enabling leaders to use people data effectively.
- Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to align people analytics with strategic business priorities.
- Analyze workforce, financial, and feedback data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, HR metrics, and KPI reporting solutions within Visier to support self‑service decision‑making.
- Lead standardized reporting processes, including management dashboards, monthly reviews, and quarterly business reviews.
- Coach and enable leaders and HR teams to interpret data, derive insights, and drive accountability through action planning.
- Contribute to the employee listening strategy through survey design, listening program delivery, and integration of employee sentiment and workforce insights.
- 6+ years of experience in an international, preferably global corporate environment.
- Passionate about solving business problems with data & insights, with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions.
- Strong influencing skills and ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels within a complex matrix organization while managing diverse stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations.
- Experience in developing and rolling out global projects, programs, and processes, as well as managing external partners or vendors when needed.

- HR Business Partnering with strong data & analysis capabilities.
- People Analytics with interest to step up responsibilities.
- Consulting in HR Technology and/or Analysis.
- Corporate HR Tech with a strong data & analysis component.
- Program development & HR Project implementation with strong data & analysis capabilities.
- Financial planning & analysis with a strong interest in HR.
- And many other backgrounds are possible as well.
