Antoni van Leeuwenhoek zoekt een Verzuimadviseur die regisseur en sparringpartner is op het gebied van vitaliteit, verzuim en duurzame inzetbaarheid. Je ondersteunt leidinggevenden en directie bij complexe verzuimvraagstukken en bewaakt de voortgang van dossiers volgens de Wet verbetering poortwachter.
Daarnaast coach je management in inzetbaarheidsvraagstukken, ontwikkelt en verzorgt trainingen en levert analyses en adviezen ter verbetering van leiderschap, teamdynamiek en organisatiecultuur.
