What will you do?

As a Junior Reward Analyst, you will have the opportunity to develop your analytical skills and make an impact with data. You will play an important role in analyzing and optimizing compensation packages in a dynamic, international environment. Your tasks will include:

  • Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing compensation and benefits data using Excel.
  • Conducting market analyses to improve the competitiveness of reward programs.
  • Creating visually appealing reports and dashboards to present insights to clients.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement new strategies.
  • Keeping up with trends and best practices in Compensation & Benefits.
Who are we looking for?

You are an early-career professional with a passion for data and optimizing reward strategies. The ideal candidate has:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Analytics, Econometrics, HR, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Excellent Excel skills, including advanced functions such as array formulas, nested IF statements, and percentiles.
  • Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to interpret complex datasets.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • A proactive, eager-to-learn attitude and motivation to further develop your knowledge.
