Wgrow in Amsterdam west zoekt een parttime Casemanager Verzuim die zorgt voor een vlotte verzuimafhandeling en helderheid biedt aan leidinggevenden en medewerkers. Vanuit ons hoofdkantoor werk je aan welzijn, ontwikkeling en duurzame inzetbaarheid binnen de organisatie.
Je houdt verzuimdossiers bij, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt voor naleving van wet- en regelgeving. Samen met HR en arbodienst begeleid je complexe trajecten en draag je bij aan praktische oplossingen.
