Recruiter – EMEA

• Effectively recruit qualified candidates using new and creative recruiting methods.
• Refine and execute recruiting strategies across multiple corporate disciplines and levels.
• Deliver exceptional candidate experiences that represent our values and culture.
• Establish and promote diversity and inclusion in multiple aspects.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates.
• Maintain metrics that measure our recruiting programs and practices.
• Ensure a thorough pay equity analysis is performed.
• Use talent market expertise, data, and business acumen to educate and influence hiring managers.
• Keep up to date on recruiting trends and technologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, Human Resources, or related field.
• 3+ years’ full cycle recruiting experience
• Demonstrated ability to partner internally with HR Business Partners, HR Operations, Finance and hiring teams.
• In-depth knowledge of recruiting techniques using social media (Linked In, Twitter, job boards, etc.)
• Advanced experience in ATS systems usage including candidate search, assessments and reporting.
• Attention to detail and collaboration skills.
• Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and tasks to manage deadlines and time effectively is critical.
• A passion for the running enthusiast and active lifestyle.

Demonstrates expertise in full cycle recruiting, utilizing innovative strategies and social media platforms to attract diverse talent. Proficient in ATS systems for candidate management and reporting, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
