Responsabiliteiten
- Verantwoordelijk voor het werven van talent voor startersfuncties en stages binnen PwC
- Nauw samenwerken met collega-recruiters
- Organiseren van diverse activiteiten voor potentiële kandidaten
- Werken binnen de Business Unit Zuid
- Versterken van het werkgeversimago
- Opbouwen en beheren van talentpools
- Beoordelen van sollicitaties en voeren van sollicitatiegesprekken
- Begeleiden van kandidaten door de volledige recruitment procedure
- Sparringpartner voor de business betreft recruitmentbehoefte
- Afgeronde opleiding (minimaal HBO)
- Affiniteit of ervaring op het gebied van werving en selectie
- Goed in schakelen tussen verschillende stakeholders
- Bereiken en binden van de doelgroep
- Creatief en houdt van out-of-the-box denken
- Durft op iemand af te stappen en telefoon op te pakken
- Beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift
- Preferably rijbewijs
- Bij voorkeur centraal wonen
