Jobmatix is een snelgroeiend verduurzamingsbedrijf in Amsterdam. Als Senior Recruiter ben je verantwoordelijk voor volledige werving en selectie en zet je een strakke recruitmentstrategie op met kanalen zoals Meta-campagnes en een referral-programma voor wervingsdoeleinden.
Je stuurt lokale recruiters en een callcentermedewerker aan om constante instroom te waarborgen. Daarnaast maak je interne trainingen mogelijk, waarna je geleidelijk een centraal recruitmentteam kunt uitbouwen.
