HVO-Querido zoekt een Medewerker Verzuim & Vitaliteit om actief bij te dragen aan een efficiën verzuimproces en het herinrichten van ons verzuimsysteem. Je werkt samen met bedrijfsartsen, praktijkondersteuners en verzuimspecialisten en onderzoekt samen met het team mogelijkheden voor duurzame inzetbaarheid.
De functie vraagt een MBO-4 opleiding, affiniteit met verzuim en ICT-systemen zoals AFAS. Het betreft een hybride positie met ruimte voor initiatief en ontwikkeling binnen de Organisatie Mens
