• Partner with senior leaders to define hiring needs, align priorities, and shape go-to-market and corporate talent strategies
• Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies for exceptional corporate talent, including niche and senior-level roles
• Lead the full hiring process from outreach to offer
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience
• Use recruiting metrics and market insights to influence decisions and improve efficiency
• Ensure interviewer calibration and promote recruiting best practices
• Strengthen Airwallex's employer brand to attract diverse, high-quality talent
• Manage recruitment across multiple European markets and adapt strategies to regional talent pools

• 7+ Years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 2+ years in-house
• Deep expertise in go-to-market and corporate hiring
• Track record of hiring talent across Sales, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Operations, Strategy, and Marketing, from entry to Director levels
• Experience partnering with and influencing senior business leaders on hiring strategies and decisions
• Ability to deliver accurate results in fast-paced, scaling environments
• Creative and resourceful approach to building high-performing teams and improving hiring practices
