Je werkt gestructureerd en hebt begrip van salarisverwerking, wet- en regelgeving en procesoptimisatie. Je werkt veel met externe payroll opdrachten en gebruikt de klantomgeving om accurate payroll te leveren.
Je bent proactief in verbeteringen, werkt nauw samen met senior consultants en andere specialisten, en zorgt voor een soepele, foutloze salarisverwerking.
