Ennismore’s The Hoxton Lloyd in Amsterdam is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to support recruitment, onboarding and employee relations. You’ll coordinate onboarding for new starters, support HR systems, payroll processes and ensure compliance with Dutch employment law.
As part of the People function, you’ll monitor reviews, contribute to the L&D calendar and help organise team events while fostering a positive workplace culture. The role is full-time and on-site in Amsterdam.
