About the Role
Join a team that helps deliver an exceptional employee experience across the EMEA region through effective benefits administration and continuous improvement. As Lead, Benefits Administration EMEA, you will drive critical projects, optimise processes, and ensure high-quality service delivery while partnering with stakeholders across Human Resources, Finance, and external providers.
What You Will Do- Lead benefits administration activities across the EMEA region, ensuring service level agreements are consistently achieved.
- Manage business-critical projects, including mergers and acquisitions support, process transitions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Investigate, elevate, and resolve complex benefits and system-related issues to minimise operational disruption.
- Partner with Human Resources systems teams to identify and implement process enhancements and system improvements.
- Support testing, validation, and deployment of new system functionality to improve operational effectiveness.
- Analyse benefits data, trends, and employee enquiries to identify improvement opportunities and develop actionable recommendations.
- Develop, maintain, and standardise end-to-end benefits administration processes, knowledge articles, FAQs, and troubleshooting documentation.
- Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing guidance to team members to strengthen operational expertise and service delivery capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in an international Human Resources environment.
- Experience managing employee benefits administration within the EMEA region.
- Experience in process improvement and project management.
- Experience using Workday.
- Advanced Excel user.
- Demonstrated knowledge of EMEA benefits regulations and compliance requirements.
- Fluent English language proficiency.
- Proficiency in German, French or an additional European language.
- Experience using Service Now.
- This role supports employee benefits administration across multiple countries within the EMEA region.
- Regular collaboration with internal stakeholders, external benefits providers, and cross-functional teams is required.
- Participation in regional and global projects, including business transitions and acquisitions, may be required.
- Netherlands: €56.300 - €104.500 EUR Annual
