Optimusforce zoekt een zelfstandige ZZP-recruitment engineer in Amsterdam voor een 24-32 uur-per-week opdracht. Je draait een wervingsmachine en zorgt dat het interne team later zelfstandig verder kan.
Startdatum 01/10/2026; looptijd 6-9 maanden met een indicatief tarief van €90 per uur, 50% thuis en 50% op kantoor in Amsterdam. Je evaluaeert wervingskanalen, onderbouwt keuzes met data en bepaalt welke kanalen intern of extern worden ingezet, inclusief kosten per hire en tijd-to-hire.
