Flevoziekenhuis zoekt een ervaren Functioneel Beheerder AFAS HR ter versterking van het ICT Applicatiebeheer-team. Je beheert AFAS HRM, Payroll, Recruitment en Verlof/Verzuim, vertaalt bedrijfsdoelstellingen naar efficiënte HR-processen en leidt implementaties en procesverbeteringen.
Je krijgt volop ruimte voor ontwikkeling, een jaarcontract met uitzicht op vast dienstverband en mogelijkheden om AFAS-certificeringen te volgen. Een flexibele werkplek met deels thuiswerken wordt geboden.
