Randstad inhouse vestiging bij de Johan Cruijff ArenA zoekt een betrokken talentbegeleider. Je bent de sleutel voor de opleiding van nieuwe stewards en begeleidt jaarlijks meerdere opleidingsklassen. Je werkt nauw samen met intercedenten en community managers om talentontwikkeling te waarborgen.
De rol is parttime (15–20 uur) met een maandsalaris van €2.775 bij fulltime en een contract tot 30 juni 2027; een laptop en telefoon van de zaak zijn inbegrepen.
