An internationally recognised technology-driven organisation is looking for an experienced Senior Manager Global People Operations to lead and transform its global People Operations function.
This is a strategic leadership position responsible for defining the future vision of employee services across a large international workforce. You will drive operational excellence, improve employee experience, optimise service delivery processes, and leverage technology to create scalable and efficient People Operations solutions.
The successful candidate will lead a global organisation through regional leadership teams and partner with senior stakeholders across HR, Technology, Finance, Legal and other business functions.
What You'll Do Strategic Leadership- Define and execute the global People Operations strategy.
- Drive continuous improvement, standardisation and harmonisation of processes across regions.
- Create an operating model that balances efficiency, employee experience and cost effectiveness.
- Establish and monitor KPI and SLA frameworks to ensure operational excellence.
- Lead large-scale People Operations transformation initiatives.
- Drive employee self-service and automation strategies.
- Partner with People Systems and Technology teams to optimise HR platforms and service delivery capabilities.
- Explore opportunities to expand People Operations services and create additional value for employees and managers.
- Lead regional People Operations leaders across multiple locations.
- Manage and develop a large international organisation with more than 80 employees through indirect leadership.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Support leadership development and succession planning within the organisation.
- Partner with senior HR leaders and Centres of Excellence.
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, Procurement, Risk and Technology teams.
- Influence decision-making at leadership level through data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Ensure alignment between operational priorities and broader business objectives.
- Monitor performance and workforce metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Drive efficiency, effectiveness and service quality across the employee lifecycle.
- Oversee governance, compliance and operational standards globally.
- Sponsor key projects related to employee experience, HR service delivery and process optimisation.
- Master's degree or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years of experience within HR Operations, People Operations, Shared Services or Service Delivery environments.
- Significant experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams.
- Proven success delivering large-scale transformation and change programmes.
- Strong understanding of HR service delivery models and operational excellence methodologies.
- Experience working in complex international matrix organisations.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
