• Work directly with GMs and leadership teams to regularly review their organisations, including key talent, succession gaps, performance and future hiring needs;
• Challenge leaders when their team needs strengthening or a hiring decision is not good enough;
• Personally lead recruitment for priority roles, from defining the brief and sourcing candidates through interviews, selection and offer;
• Take an active role in US recruitment, where a significant share of hiring takes place;
• Decide when a search should be run directly and when an external recruiter adds value;
• Identify and manage agencies where and when they are used;
• Own recruitment spend for the searches led or overseen and maximise value from recruitment partners;
• Support offer negotiations using relevant market and compensation data;
• Stay involved after new hires have onboarded, check their progress against established milestones and support action planning when needed;
• Give leadership a clear view of recruitment progress, talent gaps and people risks across markets.

• Experienced recruiter and talent leader comfortable operating at senior level while remaining hands-on;
• Essential hands-on recruitment experience in the US market;
• 10+ Years of recruitment and/or talent experience, including significant hands-on recruitment;
• Strong track record of finding and closing high-quality candidates, including senior hires;
• Credibility to work directly with executive teams and confidence to challenge them when needed;
• Ability to quickly understand different businesses, markets and personalities;
• Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive performance, succession and people matters;
• Experience working internationally across different cultures and markets;
• Direct, pragmatic and relationship-driven working style;
• Ability to operate independently without a large corporate HR infrastructure;
• Nice to have: experience in consumer products, entertainment or another fast-moving international business
